Managing Workplace Emotional Triggers

Being emotionally smart is at the core of successful business relationships. Managing our emotions is one of the foundational characteristics of emotional intelligence yet for many people today, emotionally charged situations continue to sabotage work relationships, productivity and reputations.  Finding yourself getting stuck in the same emotions and thoughts again and again, or getting triggered by similar situations and/or people again and again?  This may be a result of ‘blind patterns’ or ‘triggers’, something that can blindside us and keep us spinning.
